Hey everyone! I hope you are having a great day and a healthy one! I thought I would share a video on some Healthy helpful hints that work for me if I am going over to a party or going out to eat with friends or family. I know personally, I like to plan ahead and be prepared on what I am going to eat, so I know I can be in full control and not have to worry about being tempted or hungry at a party and eat something bad that would slow down my weight loss or healthy eating! They always say, “Fail to plan, prepare to fail…”. So I put together this short video on things that help me when going out! Hope you enjoy and stay healthy!
