Ramadan Meal Prep - Healthy Chickens


Chicken and chickpea curry.

The good news is you do not need oil or onions.


Whaaat you will need:

– Hands

– Big spoon

– Strainer

– Chicken

– 2 x chopped tomato tins

– 4 x tinned chickpeas

– Frozen garlic and ginger puree

– Salt

– Spices

– Water
