What I eat in a day: (to help lose weight)


Hello! I lost 6 kg recently and this is an example of what I ate sometimes to help me lose that along with regular exercise.

It totals 1300 calories and are all very realistic and healthy foods that keep you satisfied and full all day long.

So if you’re looking for healthy food inspiration and meal ideas then I hope to give you some.

On a normal day I usually eat at least 1500 calories so this is just a typical ‘healthy’ day if I want to be good.


I recently wrote a blog post on my health and fitness tips and I got quite a lot of questions asking more about what I eat and what foods are good for you. I always enjoy watching ‘What I eat in a day’ videos (guilty pleasure), so I thought I would have a crack at making my own.

I’m sorry my camera’s not the best quality- as soon as I can afford it I’m getting a better one! If you set the HD to the highest, it shouldn’t be too bad.

I had a bit of fun making this (and the cat loved her feature spot too!), so I hope you enjoy watching it.
