WHAT I ATE TODAY (HEALTHY )


What I ate Today ; 3 recipes in hopes to inspire anyone and give you meal ideas.

Breakfast Kimchi Omelete with Watermelon Juice:

2 eggs

1 tablespoon kimchi

1/2 medium potato chopped & boiled

pinch of salt

Lunch: Apple Butternut Squash Soup Recipe: http://www.kitchenjs.com/2016/01/12/apple-butternut-squash-soup/


Dinner: Cauliflower Fried Rice:

1 head Cauliflower grated

1/2 cup green peas

1/2 cup corn

1 small onion chopped

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar of Modena

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1/2 tablespoon Dark Soy (optional light soy)

I did have 2 more jars of watermelon juice throughout the day #summer
