Welcome to my breakfast meal prep! This video shows you an entire breakfast meal prep for the week and is my favorite recipe of all time, sweet potato protein pancakes!
The hard thing about breakfast is that a lot of people(like me) wake up late and don’t have time to cook a nutritious breakfast. This will be a breakfast meal prep for the entire week, and will give you a huge punch of protein!
These are low carbohydrate pancakes and are very low calorie in general. This healthy breakfast meal prep will not only save you time but tantalize your taste buds with delicious donut-infused pancakes!
Breakfast meal prep’s are difficult to pull off as many traditional foods like bacon, eggs, sausage and french toast do not stay good in the fridge.
Breakfast Meal Prep Recipe:
2 sweet potatoes
4 Scoops Donut infused protein powder
1.5 cups liquid egg whites
4 tbsp. oatmeal
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. stevia
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. PB2
Optional: Sugar Free Pancake Syrup
