How I make my healthy protein shake with Weight Loss Coach for Women, CJ Blaquera of CJ Coaches


1.5 – 2 Cups of Coconut Milk (or Rice Milk)

1-2 Scoops Protein Powder (plant-based)

1C Berries (Blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, boysenberries = all low glycemic)


Add-ins (as desired):

1-2 T Chia Seeds (this is what I use in the video)


1-2 T Flaxseeds, Ground

1-2 T Coconut Oil or

1/4 Avocado
