When I video taped this, it was before I viewed the video on the egg industry. Eggs are not the best to eat while on a diet or trying to eat healthy. They are high in cholestral and after further research of my own, are not the best option to eat for anyone, even when you are not on a diet. They actually are a eally bad food choice, combined with the treatment of baby chicks in the egg industry and the chickens as a whole, has made me rethink my decision to incorporate this food in my diet moving forward.
