Ingredients for a healthy smoothie:
2 cups papaya, peeled
1 teaspoon fresh ginger – 6 gr
1 large red delicious apple, cored
1 medium cucumber, with peel
1-2 cups of ice or filtered water
Optional Ingredients:
Then add any of your favourite superfoods to the mix if you like!
-1 heaped tbsp chia seeds
1 heaped tbsp vanilla protein powder
½ tsp acai powder
1 heaped tsp maca
Directions:
Step 1 : Blend your papaya and ginger until smooth.
Step 2: Add your apple, cucumber and ice and blend until smooth. Enjoy.
