WHAT I EAT IN A WEEK | HEALTHY MEALS TO LOSE WEIGHT


MENU FOR THIS WEEK :


LUNCH : CREAMY AVOCADO CHICKEN SALAD W| STRAWBERRIES

DINNER : CABBAGE ROLL CASSEROLE W| BROCCOLI

TOTAL COST : $21.56


* I WILL EAT THE SAME MEALS MON-FRI *

SIDE NOTE : For breakfast this week, I ate a Chobani yogurt & a banana. I am not a big “breakfast-y” person but if you all would like me to film what I eat for breakfast I definitely will :)

Also for my snack throughout the day, I had a mango-banana smoothie, leftover carrots and hummus, and a protein shake (with water). If you all would like me to film what I eat for snacks I will definitely add that in as well :)
