SIDE NOTE : For breakfast this week, I ate a Chobani yogurt & a banana. I am not a big “breakfast-y” person but if you all would like me to film what I eat for breakfast I definitely will
Also for my snack throughout the day, I had a mango-banana smoothie, leftover carrots and hummus, and a protein shake (with water). If you all would like me to film what I eat for snacks I will definitely add that in as well
