Ingredients of Vegetable Raita-
Curd- 250ml
Cucumber – 1
Onion – 1
Tomato – 1
Coriander leaves
Ginger – 1inch
Salt to taste
Red chilly powder
Black pepper powder
Cumin seed powder
Preparation method-
Churn the curd so that there are no lumps. Now add all the chopped vegetables and spices and mix it properly. Garnish the raita with coriander leaves and cumin seed powder
