Sugar Detox Diet Recipes – Pt 2 of My 7 Day Detox
Day 2 of my 7 day detox for weight loss and health- grain free, dairy free, sugar free … focused on eating ” plant based paleo “. I’m also trying to get a lot of fresh air, exercise, and water. A healthy and doable detox full of nutrient dense foods. I weighed 155.6 today – a good start (I started at 157.4 lbs)!
*What I ate on Day 1:
Breakfast:

-3 mile walk
