Here is an example of what I normally ‘eat in a day’ and my fitness routine. I love to eat healthy and clean and for the last 6 months this has helped me to get in the best shape of my life. I only counted calories back when I was trying to lose weight, and now that I have I’ve stopped counting- and eat intuitively.
I hope to give some inspiration for easy and healthy at-home meals, as I also love to watch these kinds of videos for that!
