Kelp noodles are an excellent low-cal. alternative to those that are made from wheat. They are sold raw and eaten that way. Add these noodles to a green salad and you’ll probably love it. They are also rich in iodine and packed full of vitamins and minerals.

Goji berries are little red berries that are rich in cancer-preventing, immunity-boosting antioxidants. They can be purchased fresh or dried, and enjoyed either way. You can eat them alone or you can add them to trail mix and other popular baked goods.
