Paleo Bread – Tortilla Recipe

INGREDIENTS

6 – egg whites

1/4 cup – almond milk

1/2 tsp – salt

1/2 tsp – cumin

1/4 tsp – chili powder

1/4 tsp – garlic powder

1/4 cup – coconut flour


PREPARATION

1. Add egg and milk in a bowl. Mix well using spatula.

2. Add all the other ingredients into the mix. Mix well.

3. Allow the batter to sit for 10 minutes, then stir again.

4. Heat a non-stick skillet to medium-high heat.

5. Coat pan with coconut oil spray.

6. Pour 1/4 cup of batter mix onto the skillet.

7. Spread out in a thin even layer by tilting and turning the pan with your wrist.

8. Cook for 2 minutes, loosening the sides with a spatula.

9. When the bottom has firmed up, carefully flip over and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Set aside on a plate.

10. Repeat with the remaining batter.

11. Serve warm with other sides.
