Sauteed Tilapia with Wilted Spinach - Healthy Dinner Recipes for Weight Loss - BPI Sports

Sauteed Tilapia with Wilted Spinach and Broiled Tomatoes


Recipe:

• tilapia loin

• baby spinach

• sea salt and black pepper

• olive oil

• whole tomatoes x 3

• salt free seasoning

• garlic powder

• baking sheet (tomatoes will be broiled for 10-15 min)

• foil

• sautee pan
