Let us begin our mornings with a nourishing glass of orange, ginger and carrot smoothie. Follow these simple and easy steps given below in order to make your own smoothie:


Keep aside

1 cup of fresh and pure carrot juice (organic if possible),

1 organic orange (peeled),

1 big handful of organic spinach,

1 small piece of ginger &

1-2 handful of ice.


Place the carrot, orange that is peeled, spinach and the ginger into a blender. Process these ingredients for about 30 seconds until it reaches a smooth consistency. Then add the ice in the end and blend again for a few seconds. With this, you have finished making the lovely orange, ginger and carrot smoothie. Pour it out into a tall glass and garnish with a thin orange slice.
