We are going to have a discussion about how you already know how to lose weight, you just have to do it. stop looking for the “new” “fast” easy” way to get it done, there is only one way, healthy and that’s all you should be worried about if you really want to lose weight. Weight loss is more about diet then exercise, and knowing this will help you in controlling what you eat vs how active you are. I use a mix of body weight exercises, intermittent fasting, a calorie deficit, the gym, fitbit and myfitnesspal to keep everything in check.

I reached my highest weight of 212lb in April of 2016. I served in the USMC and was always in shape until I got out, sick of being overweight I decided that I will lose it all. Starting on April 15th 2016 at 212lb my goal is to reach 8% body fat using intermittent fasting, -1000 calorie deficit as well as a clean diet & exercise.


This is my journey and along the way I will be sharing my progress, fitness ideas and hope to motivate others to become healthy and confident.
