How To Make Paleo Bread In 2 Minutes (Microwave Mug Recipe)


Quickest paleo bread recipe ever! It takes just 2 minutes in a microwave mug. Perfect if you’re craving a sandwich but on a low carb, gluten free, paleo diet. Not sweet like most other mug cakes. It may become your new favorite breakfast toast. No flour, no dairy, almost zero carbs yet super moist and delicious! It only contains 5 ingredients. Quick single serving bread recipe made with almond flour, that you can make at home easy! Here’s a list of the ingredients:


1 Large Egg

1/4 Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce

1/4 Cup Almond Flour

1/4 Tsp Baking Powder

Pinch Sea Salt
