RECIPE:

2 Large Ripe Bananas.

2 Frozen Bananas.

3 Pitted Dates.

1 Cup Water (add a little more if needed)

1 TBSP Hemp Seeds.

1 TBSP Raw Almond Butter.(If your feeling sassy add an extra 1/2 TBSP)

2 TBSP Cacao.

1/2 TSP Vanilla Bean Powder or Vanilla Extract.
