Hey there if you’re looking for a something light and sweet after dinner or even just as an evening or afternoon snack, then this is the best and easiest thing for you to try.
Every time I have sweet cravings and crave for something warm, this little 7 minute recipe does the trick every time.
Ingredients:
* 1 Medium Granny smith apple
* Add Sweetener of choice, my was stevia extract so I added as much as I desired. I suggest you do the same also. (Or none at all!)
* Add as much ground cinnamon as you fancy
Optional Add-ons:
* 1 tbsp. Unsweetened coconut cream (125 total calories)
* 1 tbsp. Toasted Rolled Oats
* 1 tbsp. Raw Cacao nibs
* 1 tbsp. Unsweetened shredded coconut
Directions:
1. Peel the granny smith apple
2. Finely dice the apple
3. Add to the microwave and cook for 4 mins on high with 1/4 cup of water
4: Add sweetener or just cinnamon
5. Serve in a bowl as is or add any optional topping you desire!
