Recipe for a low calorie PEANUT BUTTER BANANA PROTEIN SHAKE! Just a few ingredients and get a great post workout shake! Here’s what I used:
* 100 g Banana
* 175 mL Unsweetened Almond Milk
* 2 tbsp Peanut Powder
* 1 Scoop Protein
You can use regular milk and real peanut butter if you’d like but if your watching your calories like me then I’d stick to this plan! It is so good!!! Hope you enjoy!
