WHAT I ATE TODAY | QUICK & HEALTHY
Today we have got something new that we haven’t done before. I am currently working on my new journey of losing weight to get back to my pre pregnancy weight. I have previously lost 10kgs eating these foods so i know it works. If there is anything you want to know just ask away.
Protein pancakes recipe
2/4 cup oats
1/2 teaspoon stevia
1/2 scoop of protein powder
1 banana
1 egg white
2 tablespoon yogurt
1/8 cup water
