Quick Healthy Meals


Here are my go-to quick healthy meals for breakfast and lunch. I usually start my day with Teamiblends, and today I’m drinking the Profit blend. For breakfast I’m eating Greek yogurt, bananas, and chia seeds. For lunch I’m making a turkey kale salad with an easy homemade lemon dressing. Earthly Choice Raw Chia Seeds

Jennie-O Turkey Burger

Juiced Lemon

Italian Seasoning

Fresh Cilantro leaves

Chopped Garlic Clove

Great Value Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Chopped Kale

Sliced Cherry Tomatoes
