Thats right another super healthy recipe.. this one is great to make ahead of time for Game night ( or heck just for yourself)
all you need is
tomatoes
onion
pepper ( jalapeno or others if you prefer)
cilantro
a touch of vinegar ( apple cider vinegar with mother works best)
and season to taste
you can also add some peach, or extra spices to make it even more amazing,,,
