follow the steps in the video, quantities I used:
– 200 grams oats
– 400 grams oat milk
– 40 grams all natural peanut butter
– trek bar cocoa chaos
– 100 grams frozen blueberries
– 30 grams sunwarrior vanilla protein powder.
= 151 grams carbs – 34 grams fat – 57 grams protein.
