I think weightloss is for a lot of people a big topic in life. whenever it comes to it i just think you should make sure to not only focus on the weightloss itself but instead just to start a healthy lifestyle which in my opinion for sure includes healthy food and sports. I think it is never good to just go on a quick diet or skip meals just to drop a few kilos because those will come back immediately after you start eating normal again. So i am 100% positive that if you live a healthy lifestyle your body will follow and you will feel happy with it. so this drink is definitely not thought to be taken while you are on a strict diet…it is much more just a supplement to a healthy lifestyle to support your body with the digestion and also to help detoxifying your blood and your organs which also helps you to lose weight. i think the main aspect should always be that you keep your body healthy. and never forget for some reason we don’t look all the same so why should we all try to squeeze ourselves into the same size of clothes like everyone else:) just be your own kind of beautiful:)

ingredients:
3 cups of water
1 little piece of ginger
1/2 lemon
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of honey
this amount lasts you for two days and i would suggest drinking a little cup of it before breakfast,lunch and dinner for about a month.
