– 1 cup of corn or corn chile salsa

– 1 cup of finely chopped cilantro

– 2 cans of black beans

– 1 cup of mild tomato salsa

– 2 tomatoes

– ½ a cup of salsa

– ½ cup sour cream

– 1 tablespoon taco seasoning

– 1 tablespoon of avocado oil

– fresh lettuce

– avocado

– corn chips
