Recipe:
1 tsp Cumin seeds (zeera)
1 tsp whole coriander seeds (sabut dhaniya seeds)
1 tsp Fennel seeds (saunf)
2 slices ginger (adrak fresh)
1/4 – 1/2 tsp whole black peppercorns
5-7 cloves (laung)
2 nos 1″ pieces of cinnamon (Dal Chini)
1 Litre of water
Boil water . Add all the spices. Boil for 10 minutes. Leave aside for further 10 minutes so that all the goodness of the spices can infuse into the tea.
Strain the tea and sip all day long hot or at room temperature.
