3 Healthy Late Night Snack Ideas


RECIPE INGREDIENTS!


Sweet potato french fries + Chipotle dipping sauce:

1 small sweet potato

2 Tbsp. veganaise (or light mayo/greek yogurt)

A pinch of smoked chipotle powder

1 tsp. Sriracha sauce

Mrs. Dash seasoning


Chocolate brownie in a mug:

Cooking spray

3 Tbsp. plain greek yogurt

1-1/2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

2 Tbsp. garbanzo bean flour

Dash of vanilla/butter/nut extract and english toffee stevia

1 tsp. baking powder


Chocolate chip cookie dough yogurt:

1 small container of Yoplait vanilla greek yogurt (5.3 oz)

1 Tbsp. Peanut Butter & Co. White Chocolate Wonderful PB

Dash of liquid stevia

Pinch of sea salt

1 Tbsp. raw cacao nibs
