Just a little disclaimer, I’m not trying to lose weight whatsoever. But, the food I eat is all plant based (the pizza was oil-free, low fat and vegan) meaning it’s gonna help shed unnecessary pounds long term on anyone :) Eating this way is gonna help you get to your body’s natural weight and balance out xx
