To help, Camp Shane weight loss camps, together with TV host Diane Henderiks, RD, have put together a cooking healthy video series with tips for selecting and preparing healthy meals. This video demonstrates how to make a healthy weight controlled breakfast, and is the first in our series of six cooking shows.
