Hey everyone!!


Welcome to my channel, thanks so much for watching my fitness and weight loss journey.. I hope I can inspire others to join me in getting healthy and regaining my fitness after having my fourth child.


So this is day 4 of my journey in post baby weight loss, fitness and healthy eating. I am feeling positive about the challenge and so excited to be working towards regaining my fitness. We have had some crazy weather and I was not able to get outside and exercise.
