Kettlebell Workout for Fat Loss | 12 Minute HIIT Workout with Kettlebell Exercises


Full length 12 minute kettlebell workout for fat loss! This HIIT workout combines cardio and strength kettlebell exercises to melt calories fast. ALL fitness levels can do this full body routine, because Max shows you how to make beginner and advanced modifications for each exercise. Created and performed by Fat Loss Expert and Master Personal Trainer, Max Barry. Set your interval timer for intervals of 50/10. Complete 2 rounds of this H.I.I.T. circuit. Here are the kettlebell exercises in this video:


1. 4 X 4 Kettlebell Swings/Plyo Squats 0:50, 6:50

2. Double Trouble (10 X 10 Sprinter/Mountain Climbers) 1:50, 7:50

3. Kettlebell 1-Arm Thruster (R) 2:50, 8:50

4. Plank Pike/Jacks 3:50, 9:50

5. Kettlebell 1-Arm Thruster (L) 4:50, 10:50

6. 1 X 3 Walkout Pushup/Touch 180’s 5:50, 11:50
