For this you need:
INGREDIENTS:
*1 cocumber (Sliced or chopped).
*Bunch of parsley, mint or coriander.
*Spinach, kale or any other green leaves.
*Ginger(about 2 inches in size).
*3 apples.
*3-4 stuffed celery(chopped).
*Organic lemon juice.
PROCEDURE:
*Add all ingrediants into the juicer.
*Once its done, it makes about 900 ml juice.
*Now take an empty glass jar.
