Natural protein shake for weight loss and gain weight.
INSTRUCTION on how to make green smoothie (recipe for 2 servings):
1 bunch of spinach, small bunch of mint (optional), 1 cup of fresh juice *, 1-2 bananas, 1 tsp ginger (to taste.)
All thoroughly washed. Mint and Spinach – use only the leaves. Peel ginger and grind it (you can squeeze it using a garlic press.) Banana, of course, clean from the skin. Now everything is thrown into a blender and “Fire!”, blend until uniform. Done!
What are green smoothie?
This is not because it is fashionable, but because it is useful! Do you want to just lose weight? Or conversely, gain weight?! Lose weight – have a smoothie for breakfast. Green smoothies for weight loss and fruit smoothies – a natural way to normalize weight. If you do sports, then green smoothie is perfect substitution of protein powder as it is very high of living, natural and healthy protein. Not all but lots of smoothie recipes with vegetables and fruits are rich in living natural protein, which is much better and easier to digest than the notorious meat. Read online articles on “spinach benefits” and ” how to gain weight vegan raw”, you will be pleasantly surprised. There are, by the way, well-known athletes and bodybuilders – vegetarians: Myki Tyson, Venus Williams, Ricky Williams, Robbie Hazeley, Tim Shieff, Frank Medrano, Ivan Poddubny, Alexey Voevoda.
About blender and juice.
There are also 800W hand blenders. Using those makes it easier to prepare green smoothies and fruit smoothies without the addition of water or juice at all. The importance of the juice! Almost all the juice in packets containing sugar syrup and a bunch of other nasty things, and if you watch this video you know that such juice is not your friend. If you don’t know that – ask in the comments of all that you are interested in, we will answer all questions. Let’s go back to the juice. The alternative would be:
– Apple juice, as it less likely that something has been added. Cons – it is pasteurized, which means temperature has killed its usefulness, and not everyone might like its taste : – /
– Water and 1-2 tbsp. of honey. It’s simple, but water is component which not everyone would agree with.
– It is preferable to add some juicy fruits instead of water or juice if you have a blender as mentioned above.
