Healthy and Easy Weight Loss & Dieting Tips: How to Lose Weight and Keep health strong


Our Life is eat-and-run, maintaining a healthy weight can be tough—and losing weight, even tougher. If you’ve tried and failed to lose weight before If you eat low calories than you lose weight. There are few steps that you can take to develop a healthier relationship with food, curb emotional triggers to overeating, and achieve lasting weight-loss 100 % success.


Eat regular meals


Plan your meals


 Eat high – fiber foods


Drink plenty of water


  Don’t skip breakfast


Eat plenty of fruit and veg.


Eat regular meals


Do not think missing meals will help you lose weight, but it’s been shown eating regularly during the day helps burn calories at a faster rate. It also reduces the temptation to snack on foods high in fat and sugar.


Plan your meals


Always Plan your breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks for the week, making sure you stick to your calorie allowance. Try to plan for four to seven days’ worth of meals and snacks. Make a shopping list, but don’t shop when you’re hungry as that can lead to high-calorie impulse buys!


 Eat high-fiber foods


Which Foods containing lots of fibre can help keep you to feel full and perfect for losing weight. Fibre food is available only from plants, such as veg. and fruits, oats, wholegrain bread, brown rice and pasta, and beans, peas and lentils


Drink plenty of water


Sometimes we may confuse thirst with hunger. A glass of water is really what you need. You should aim to drink water , every day we need to drink one and half liters of fluid, preferably water, or more if it’s warm or you’re exercising


Don’t skip breakfast


Breakfast helps you control your weight. Do not think it will help you lose weight, but missing meals doesn’t help us lose weight and isn’t good for us as we can miss out on essential nutrients. It could also encourage us to snack more throughout the day because you feel hungry.


Eat plenty of fruit and veg


Which ever Fruit and veg are low in calories and fat, and high in fiber – three essential ingredients for successful weight loss. They also contain plenty of vitamins and minerals.
