My meal prep for the week #1 contains the following:
Lentil Dip Ingredients:
– 600g cooked lentils
– 1 roasted onion
– 1 clove roasted garlic
– handful of fresh basil
Veggies:
– 500g brussel sprouts
– 6 large tomatoes
– 6 large shredded carrots
– Complex Carbs
500g buckwheat, cooked
– Roasted Veggie Mash
– 1 roasted onion
– 1 roasted garlic clove
– 500g roasted green beans
