Just wanted to share an update on my weight loss journey. I’ve been working out and trying to eat cleaner for over a month now and in some ways I’m seeing results, in other ways not so much. It’s a journey I guess but I’m determined to have a better relationship with myself in terms of health.
I’m also sharing a healthy pizza at only 255 calories recipe in this video. I’m so excited because my dairy sensitive kids can have this pizza!
