Paleo recipe for weight loss meal || Low Calorie Healthy Eats


Last year I went through a lifestyle change for about 6 months. 3 months of that involved very strict clean eating. I lost about 6kgs which was pretty awesome. My motto was not dieting, it was changing how I ate. I’d eat the same amount of calories but through more wholesome foods – I also learnt A LOT about what is put into food and what you should be avoiding when shopping. I’ve managed to maintain my body fat mass quite well, I’m the same weight I was before I started losing weight but that’s from the muscle mass I’ve gained since i started training harder in karate.


If you’re looking to lose weight I reallyyyy recommend checking out ‘clean eating’ or the ‘paleo diet’ it’s a good place to start!
