How To Make Healthy Fresh Ginger Turmeric Tea


Ginger Tea, Turmeric Tea! Ginger and Turmeric are two very powerful spices that have been used for over 5000 years for their anti-Inflammatory and pain relieving properties.


– Pain Relief, Weight Loss, Heart Health —


Ginger will also boost your metabolism and help you lose weight, help fight bacterial and viral infections throughout the body, is believed to help prevent heart attacks and can be used to treat nausea.


Turmeric is used as a natural treatment for digestive disorders, and has natural antioxidant properties that can prevent colon cancer and even help destroy cancer cells. Turmeric has also been found to lower cholesterol and improve heart health and to assist the body with cleansing the liver.


Together Ginger, Turmeric Tea are used to treat the pain associated with the autoimmune disease rheumatoid arthritis, and to improve declining cognitive function as we age.


Recipe:


4 cups water, brought to a very slight boil

Pinch of nutmeg

3-4 cinnamon sticks

1 Tbs whole cloves

Shredded Turmeric & Ginger


After steeping add:


1/3 cup Maple Syrup

Almond or Coconut milk


Turmeric and Ginger Tea is delicious hot or cold.
