So not wanting to judge, because Lord knows I’ve been FAT, FAT, FAT, and more FAT for the majority of my life. But there was a time that I was THIN and also a time that I was IN BETWEEN.
The main objective folks is that we need to be FIT and HEALTHY. I started Fatty Fridays because I needed to have encouragement from my Youtube friends and hey, I need to have some accountablility!
Now, I went public, Oh, YES!!! I did do that! So, you can all help me with my weight loss quest.
This video is a start, to show what healthy food choices look like. Trust me, I’m not a professional by any means, however, I’ve probably lost and gained 100’s of pounds throughout the course of my life.
I have many years experience as to what I need to do to eat healthy, so, if you need help, let’s do this thing together!
