Smoothies are such a great way to start off your day! However, some smoothie contains wayyy too much sugar and some are combined with the wrong ingredients which… wouldn’t make a perfect smoothie!
Today, I’m showing you different recipe for weight loss and they’re too tasty to drink!
ATTENTION!
Ice may lower the sweetness in your smoothie so you may find that you may need to add more sugar, BUT banana has already act as a sweetener! Adding more sugar means you are increasing the calories in your smoothie!!!
Tutti Fruitti smoothie
Serves 1
loose-pack berries 1/4 cup
plain yogurt 1/4 cup
ripe banana 1/4 cup
orange juice 1/4 cup
crushed ice 1/4 cup
CALORIES PER SERVE: 140
Slim Down smoothie
Serves 1
Frozen strawberries 1cup
Low-fat yogurt 1/2 cup
orange juice 1/2 cup
CALORIES PER SERVE: 185
Peach Smoothie
Serves 1
Milk 1/2 cup
1/2 a large peach
yogurt 1/4 cup
CALORIES PER SERVE: 170 (this one is not really accurate sorry)
Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie
Serves 1
1/4 cup apple juice (can be subtitute with orange juice)
1/4 banana, ripe
1/4 kiwi fruit, sliced
5 frozen strawberries
1/4 tsp of honey (I didn’t add this because I think that the smoothie is good enough, IT DOES lower the calories though)
CALORIES PER SERVE :87
