10 Minute Beginner Kettlebell Workout #01 | Kettlebell Workouts for Fat Loss Beginners


New to kettlebells? Try this 10 minute kettlebell beginner workout for fat loss video! It’s perfect if you’re starting your weight loss journey, and want to step things up. Learn how to train with kettlebells properly in this full length beginner HIIT kettlebell workout. It is a 10 exercise high intensity circuit, combining strength and bodyweight exercises for fat loss and losing weight. Created and performed by Fat Loss Expert and Master Personal Trainer, Max Barry. We love kettlebells, because they are super effective tools to maximize your fitness results. All you need for this routine is one kettlebell. Set your interval timer for intervals of 30/30. Complete 1 round of this 10 minute beginners circuit training routine. You can double or triple it, for a 20 or 30 minute workout as well. Here are the ten fat burning exercises in this video:
