INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:
2 – 3 servings
Calories: 300 calories
Ingredients required:
1 can of tuna packed in water
Tortilla wraps
Chopped lettuce
1 tomato
1 yellow/red or green pepper (your choice)
1/2 cup chopped onion (red/green/white) (your choice
1 – 2 tbsp low fat mayo (or similar)
Salt/Pepper/Paprika to taste (you can add whatever spices you prefer)
Additional vegetables if you want to add:
Carrots diced or shredded
Celery diced
* These make nice additions to the wrap as well
