Raw Chocolate Fudge Brownie Recipe!


So this has 5 ingredients, takes 5 minutes…YUM! Apologies for all the pleasure groaning haha. Please give me a thumbs up if you like videos like this! The recipe is raw, vegan, paleo, gluten free AND dairy free :)

Recipe:


This recipe is not only delicious and decadent but it’s also good for you, full of healthy fats and antioxidants, and is super simple! It only takes five minutes to prepare and you only need five ingredients!


Here’s how you can make these rich, chocolaty, truffle – like fudge brownies :) Great for dessert, snacks and parties!


Ingredients:


(I like to use organic ingredients where possible!)

1/2 cup cup coconut oil

1/2 cup cup crunchy peanut butter (you can substitute almond butter)

1 cup raw cacao

1/2 cup fresh dates (pitted)

1 to 2 pinches of unrefined sea salt

(might possibly need to add a bit of water during the blending!)


Method


Carefully melt your coconut oil on very low heat.


Place all your ingredients, except the peanut butter, in a high speed blender and blend until soft and well combined.


Add the peanut butter at the end to keep the crunch.


Spread evenly in a tin or container, or on a food board like I have (use grease proof paper!)


Mold into whatever shape(s) you want!


Place in the fridge for about one hour, or overnight like I did, covered and on non-stick paper if possible as it tends to stick to plates!
