More Exercise = More Weight Loss?


Calories in versus calories out. That’s all you need to worry about if you want to lose weight, right? We all got overweight from exercising too little, so the only way out of this is to exercise more and more?


On television, contestants on The Biggest Loser and Chris Powell’s Extreme Makeover all exercise big time to get their lean gains. Is this how it really works?


Ryan shares his experience this past winter when he dramatically increased his time exercising, while also maintaining the exact same diet and total calories he was eating before the change in physical activity. He should have lost weight, according to this weight loss myth.
