DIY Detox Teas | Healthy Mocktails |Natural Weight Loss|Summer Slimming |Ramadan Recipes

I have made 4 delicious recipes for you to try that are great for fat burning, weight loss and help you to feel more energised, especially during Ramadan.


Fennel and mint detox (makes four cups)

You will need

1 tspn of fennel seeds

1 cinnamon stick (or 1/2 tspn of ground cinnamon would do!)

bunch of mint and honey for extra natural sweetness


2) floral orange blossom


1 orange segment

2tspn ginger

1/2 stick of cinnamon

1 tspn of rose water

leave to brew for 5 minutes before serving


3) mint mojito

add 4 bunches of mint, 1/2 a pommegranate ,2 limes cut and squeezed, 1/4 cucumber and 3tspns of eldeflower cordial


i tend to add boiled water first because that really helps diffuse all the natural flavours then i put in the fridge for atlesst 2 hours


4) summer fruits


add all your favourite berries (raspberries, blueberries , peaches ) and 1tsp of rose water and also raspberry coulis for a naturally sweet but refreshing flavour.


These are great especially for Eid/Iftaar parties
