Green for Lean Smoothie


Serves 1-2

Prep Time: 2 mins

Cooking Time: 2 mins


Ingredients:

300ml Rice/Almond milk

1 tsp coconut oil

1 cup of frozen mixed berries

1 chopped banana

3 tbsp of Golden Linseed

3 broccoli florets

1 handful of spinach


Method

1. Add all ingredients in the order provided into blender

2. Mix until smooth. The longer you mix, the smoother it gets

3. Kale and Water Cress may be added for extra greenness
