Healthy Weight Loss Meal Replacement Avocado Green Smoothie Recipe


Here’s my second smoothie recipe and it’s another green one but with a twist, extra virgin olive oil – it’s very high in antioxidants and the healthiest fat on earth!


This green beauty is packed with essential oils, nutrients and everything you need to help you stay healthy and lose weight.


Ingredients:


Avocado – just one half

Spinach

Kale

Sunflower seeds

Pumpkin seeds

Extra virgin olive oil – 1 tablespoon

Mix in a pure orange juice base (or you can use water for less calories)
