Ingredients for the Chicken Muffins (found from mankofit)
36 oz of lean ground chicken
1 whole roma tomato
1 medium red onion
1 whole egg
2 tbsp honey mustard
4 tbsp organic ketchup
Garlic to taste
2 tbsp braggs aminos or salt & pepper to taste
Mix all your ingredients together in a boil and serve out 4oz sizes into your muffin tray.
Put them in your preheated oven for 20-30 minutes. Enjoy!
